1. Secure IT recycling
Delivering on a global requirement for our customers.
1.1 Data Sanitisation
We use Blancco (and WipeDrive) to perform a thorough wipe, ensuring that any data on your HDD/SSD is completely unrecoverable. Blancco is the preferred erasure software for many x-listed companies and has been approved by the MOD.
All hard drives that are erased or shredded will come with a corresponding certificate and will be documented in the final asset report. Any hard drives that fail the sanitisation process will be shredded, with a certificate provided
1.2 Data Destruction
Our team of trained professionals will collect, assess, and recycle your retired IT assets.
ONSITE
We offer the option of destroying your data on your premises, ideal for customers with sensitive data who prefer visual proof of destruction for peace of mind. Our scalable onsite data destruction service ensures we can efficiently meet your requirements. This service includes full inventory reporting, allowing you to monitor the assets we process at your site
OFFSITE
Have your assets picked up by our team of professionals in GPS-tracked vans and transported to our partner’s state-of-the-art facilities. The disks will be degaussed or shredded using industry-leading disk destruction machinery. You will receive all necessary documentation once processing is complete.
DISKLESS COLLECTION
If you prefer to remove the HDDs and SSDs before collection, that’s perfectly fine. Please note that this will affect your rebate offer, as we will need to replace these drives with new ones before reselling the equipment.
What we do
We can assist in moving your assets from one location to another with security at the forefront of our mind. All your kit is handled by professionals in GPS tracked vans with CCTV and if required held overnight in our Partner’s state of the art facilities. Your account manager will be able to work with you throughout the process from start to finish
Avoid the headache of organising an office move. We have specialist handlers to disassemble and reassemble, and refit your IT hardware estate from office to office.
We will also provide secure storage in one of our facilities where the kit requires an overnight stay or is delayed for any reason.
Our vans have been specially modified to allow easy loading/offloading and securely fasten all hardware whilst in transit.
Office Moves
Eliminate the stress of organizing an office move with our specialist handlers, who will disassemble, reassemble, recommission, and refit your IT hardware estate from one office to another.
We also offer secure storage at our facilities for any equipment requiring an overnight stay or facing delays. Our vans are specially modified for easy loading and unloading, ensuring all hardware is securely fastened during transit.
IT Relocation
We prioritise security while assisting in the relocation of your assets. Our professionals handle all equipment in GPS-tracked vans equipped with CCTV, and if necessary, store them overnight in our partner’s state-of-the-art facilities.
Your account manager will support you throughout the entire process, from start to finish.

We will secure your kit under an SLA using any of our partner’s state of the art facilities equipped with all the modern security measures. Each facility has been audited and approved to the ADISA standard requiring rigorous measures in place. These are structured through 4x professional visits a year; 2x planned and 2x surprise visits.

Logistics
Collection vehicles are all GPS tracked and CCTV equipped. We will collect anywhere in the UK. Secure site storage, whether your kit is being held overnight before relocation or it is being prepared for destruction, we can guarantee your kit is safe with us.
